Is it possible for a magic 8 ball to freeze over in cold weather?

First we know All Liquid has a freezing degree..So Of course every liquid has a freezing point, And magic 8 ball will do.

But we have Anti-freeze fluid (deicing fluid) inside. So the blue dye liquid would not easy to freeze over and make a massive mess in your car..
